What model do I need?
It depends on your application and the weight and size of your load. See Airsled products.
- 2004 is used for appliances and other applications up to 500 lbs.
- 2014 is used for appliances and other applications up to 700 lbs.
- 3104 is used for vending and other applications up to 1,400 lbs.
- Custom systems are used for unique loads or applications over 1,400 lbs.
How long does a system last?
About 7 years, but we have many customers still using them after 10 years.
If something breaks how can I get it repaired?
We have parts available to send to you or you can send the system back to us for repair.
What parts/accessories are available?
If they tear or wear out can you repair it?
Yes, just send the system back and we will refurbish it. See refurbishment or repairs in the Support Center.
Do the blowers use A/C or D/C voltage?
They run on A/C voltage but we can produce D/C units for special applications.
What is the difference between a VendaFloat™ and a SodaFloat® system?
The SodaFloat® is for vending machines without legs. A VendaFloat™ is for vending machines with legs and comes with adjustable spacers to bridge the gap at the bottom of the machine.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what system is best for your application. Our average pricing ranges from $600.00 for a standard system to $3,000 for a custom system.
Does it work on carpet or brick?
Yes, by using the included rough floor adapters.
Can I buy direct from Airsled?
Yes, we sell through dealers, distributors and also direct.

Can I use it with my compressed air?
No, this is a low pressure system.
What is the difference between a high pressure and a low pressure system?
Low pressure is 1 – 10 psi and does not need an external air supply source. Airsleds use a self-regulating blower that automatically adjusts to increases in weight. The system is contained and portable. High pressure is over 10 psi, needs an external air supply source and an air regulator.
