While Airsled's standard products can accommodate almost any load up to 1,400 lbs we are also uniquely positioned to offer efficient and effective solutions for load movement from 1,400 lbs., up to 20,000 lbs. Our custom systems are designed for lifting, moving and/or positioning heavy equipment and industrial machinery. No other company offers these types of custom air bearing/air caster solutions.

Custom systems are designed and manufactured in many different sizes, using a backing surface of plywood, aluminum or composites in a wide range of thicknesses. Unlike most air-lifting systems, our products can accommodate crevices and cracks up to ¾".
